(1)建議靠墻或靠墻安裝該裝置。安裝基礎(chǔ)平面要求平整，基礎(chǔ)槽鋼的水平誤差為1/1000，總長(zhǎng)度偏差為3mm。
(1) It is recommended to install the device against the wall or against the wall. The installation foundation plane is required to be flat, the horizontal error of the foundation channel steel is 1/1000, and the total length deviation is 3mm.
(2)當(dāng)設(shè)備到達(dá)目的地時(shí)，檢查包裝箱是否完整，或者當(dāng)設(shè)備沒有立即安裝時(shí)，將其存放在干燥干凈的地方。

(3)建議使用8.8級(jí)張力墊圈對(duì)所有導(dǎo)電部件進(jìn)行螺栓固定。

(4)連接好電纜，裝置底部應(yīng)封閉，防止小動(dòng)物爬進(jìn)機(jī)柜造成短路事故。

(5)裝置安裝或調(diào)整后，應(yīng)在投入運(yùn)行前進(jìn)行以下檢查和試驗(yàn)。

①檢查設(shè)備中電氣設(shè)備和控制線路的安裝是否符合工廠圖紙要求。

②用手動(dòng)操作各種開關(guān)，應(yīng)操動(dòng)靈活，無異常和卡軋現(xiàn)象。

(3)檢查機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖機(jī)構(gòu)、電氣聯(lián)鎖裝置動(dòng)作是否正確可靠，應(yīng)符合系統(tǒng)要求。
(3) Check whether the mechanical interlocking mechanism and electrical interlocking device act correctly and reliably, which should meet the system requirements.
(4)檢查主電路和控制電路的絕緣電阻是否符合規(guī)定要求。
(4) Check whether the insulation resistance of the main circuit and control circuit meets the specified requirements.
⑤檢查裝置內(nèi)設(shè)置的電氣設(shè)備的接觸是否良好，是否滿足該電氣設(shè)備自身的技術(shù)條件。
